After walking up the steepest sidewalk I have ever seen, I arrived at the Runway AI Summit at The Masonic in San Francisco. The venue was unbelievable, and the speakers had a shared excitement for the transformative impact AI will have.

The future is definitely being made —perhaps even generated— at Runway.

I ate so much of the complimentary food that I think they lost money on my ticket. Sorry about that!

Happy Hour

After the event there was a happy hour to talk with fellow attendees and panelists. I was fortunate enough to speak with many brilliant people, including Stephen Welch from Welch Labs! I’m a massive fan of his show and would highly recommend it.

I also really appreciate how Anastasis (co-founder of Runway) stayed after to talk with anyone interested. Hopefully I’ll be speaking with him more in the future!
